Saskadoodle Companion Dogs is located in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, specializing in F1B Australian Mountain Doodles. These dogs are known for their low to non-shedding coats and temperaments well-suited for families, therapy, or service work. The breeding program emphasizes health and temperament. Parent dogs undergo comprehensive health testing, including genetic disease screenings, PennHIP evaluations for hip dysplasia, OFA assessments for elbows and heart, and CERF eye examinations by veterinary ophthalmologists. Additionally, parent dogs are trained for one to two years to ensure they possess the desired temperaments. Notably, some dogs, like Osiris and Synari, are in training for psychiatric service work within the breeder's own home. Puppies are raised using protocols from Puppy Culture, focusing on early socialization and development in a home setting. The breeder is currently accepting applications for their next litter expected in 2025.
